The re-opening of the Todmorden Curve in 2015 has helped improve rail connections to Burnley and Manchester, and the much hated Pacer trains on our local railway line will all be replaced. Andrew has secured the funding for a study into re-opening the railway line between Colne and Skipton and continues to campaign for road improvements, especially to tackle the congestion through Colne.
