Boosting Jobs and Apprenticeships

Andrew helped secure funding for the £32 million redevelopment of Brierfield Mills and the £4 million expansion of Lomeshaye Industrial Estate. These two projects alone are expected to create approximately 1,600 jobs in Pendle. Andrew has also helped secure funding to help deliver improvements at the outstanding Nelson and Colne College. We have seen unemployment fall and a record number of apprenticeships created. Andrew will continue to work hard to secure more better paying jobs in our area.
